Job summary

TaxRise is seeking a Case Manager III to support Enrolled Agents in moving complex tax resolution cases toward timely outcomes. You will link clients, Enrolled Agents, and IRS contacts, manage documentation, and coordinate next steps to keep cases progressing.

This is an on-site, full-time role with 40 hours weekly. You will handle urgent cases, document communications, and ensure deadlines are met, while delivering clear client updates and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating documents for multiple cases.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize urgent cases.
• Experience handling sensitive client situations professionally.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with IRS/state tax documentation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support active tax resolution cases with Enrolled Agents.
• Prioritize client outreach based on deadlines and urgency.
• Coordinate required documentation and next steps.
