Job summary

ADP is hiring a Tax Processing Specialist to perform amended filing duties and respond to inquiries from the Agency, Payroll Center and clients, while meeting quality and production standards and turnaround guidelines.

You’ll need thorough knowledge of filing procedures and the automated tax system, strong analytical and mathematical skills, and the ability to work overtime during peak seasons. A High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• File original and late original tax returns timely in accordance with Agency, Region and Client requirements.
• Research client, agency and payroll center inquiries and respond in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
• Complete special projects as assigned by supervisor.
• Assist in training of new employees and procedures.
• Develops and updates current filing/research records and procedure.
• Telephone contact with internal and external areas.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
