Job summary

ADP is hiring a Tax Processing Specialist in San Dimas, CA to perform amended filing functions and respond to agency, payroll center and client inquiries. You will meet turnaround guidelines and ensure timely and accurate handling of tax returns.

Responsibilities include filing original and late original returns, researching inquiries, completing special projects, and training new staff. Strong analytical skills and a high school diploma are required.

Responsibilities

• File/original and late original tax returns timely in accordance with Agency, Region and Client requirements.
• Research client, agency and payroll center inquiries and respond in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
• Complete special projects as assigned by supervisor.
• Assist in training of new employees and procedures.
• Develops and updates current filing/research records and procedure.
• Telephone contact with internal and external areas.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
