Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to join our on-site team in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax expertise, prepare returns, and advise clients while coordinating with Intuit specialists across services.

As a community-focused professional, you’ll build local client relationships, participate in outreach, and deliver a seamless customer experience through in-person and virtual support, with training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory.
• Onsite presence 20 hours/week minimum.
• Complete required training and development.
• Wear Intuit uniforms and use name for advertising.
• Interest in building local/social presence as a TurboTax expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize taxes, maximize refunds.
• Lead local growth via outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with team support.
• Build relationships and trust for long-term clients.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and service quality.
