Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking tax experts to provide hands-on tax preparation for TurboTax clients, both in person and virtually, delivering expert analysis and accurate filings. As a Local Service Expert, you will grow the local client base, connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services, and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will collaborate with a team to ensure a seamless, end-to-end client experience,

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• EA/CPA/Attorney credential and active PTIN required.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office, with 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong tax advisory and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Link clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
• Collaborate with the tax team to ensure end-to-end service.
