You will handle personal and business tax scenarios, grow a local client base, and coordinate with specialists to provide end-to-end Intuit support. Responsibilities include delivering accurate tax solutions, community outreach, and leveraging Intuit tools to expand services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years preparing 1040s (30+ returns/season) with professional software.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory work with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Engage as a community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction across services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
