Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients to Intuit ecosystem, while growing local business through community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.
• Complete all required training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and optimize deductions.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with experts across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
