Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join the TurboTax Local Service Expert team in new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice, serving clients onsite and virtually with a collaborative mindset.

You will work closely with a network of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless experience, while growing the local client base and engaging with the community through events

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax returns filed (30+ returns per season) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite availability 20 hours/week at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists for a seamless end-to-end client experience.
• Deliver excellent customer service in person and via video tools.
