Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a designated TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building a local client base and collaborating with specialists across Intuit’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with pro software.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class, end-to-end customer experience in person and virtually.
