Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to act as trusted advisors in TurboTax Retail or flagship locations. You will deliver hands-on tax advice, complete preparation services, and help clients maximize refunds.

The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing, and building long-term relationships through exceptional service. Ideal candidates hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license, with PTIN and 3+ years of experience filing numerous federal/state returns.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20 hours per week, Sundays through Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
