Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join the TurboTax Retail team as on-site experts at our Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform in-person tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support TurboTax software, while helping to grow the local client base and foster community trust.

The role is non-exempt and requires on-site presence; active EA/CPA/attorney credentials and PTIN are expected, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Active tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) and PTIN to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax location, including weekends; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Build and maintain a local client base and long-term relationships with clients.
