Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation and advisory services, helping customers achieve favorable financial outcomes while representing the TurboTax brand in the community. You will engage with clients, grow the local client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience using TurboTax software and support tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Use government resources and professional tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language.
• Grow TurboTax client base by building local relationships and leveraging marketing support.
