Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and product support while building relationships with local customers in the community. Expect a hands-on role as a trusted tax advisor, driving client growth and loyalty with support from TurboTax marketing and software tools.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Maintain PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ federal/state 1040s per season).
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, ≥20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform calculations, optimize deductions, and handle simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan for future tax needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
