Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation and tax advice to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations while growing the local client base. The role emphasizes community engagement, client development, and collaboration with TurboTax marketing.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine client focus, both in person and via tools.
