Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes community presence, relationship building, and adherence to Intuit’s policies and branding. You will need active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, and at least 3 years of paid tax

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating tax-related content for community.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador and engage with new prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers (personal and business) and provide tax planning advice.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and a focus on helping clients reach financial goals.
