Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while growing the local client base.

Role emphasizes community engagement, proactive outreach, and building long-term client relationships with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Onsite work at TurboTax retail/flagship location.
• 3+ years of tax return preparation experience with 30+ returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Be the local TurboTax ambassador representing the brand.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns on-site.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
