Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and advice while engaging with the local community and growing your client base.

The role requires onsite presence and tax expertise to deliver accurate solutions in everyday language. You will represent TurboTax locally, lead discovery sessions, and help customers maximize refunds while building long-term relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep tax knowledge.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with professional tax preparation software and CRM tools.

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers, covering personal and small business tax needs.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and customer-focused service.
