Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will perform full‑service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support software products while engaging customers in person.

You will also grow the local client base, leverage marketing and software resources, and build long‑term relationships in a community‑oriented role that emphasizes service and trust. A uniform and weekend coverage are expected.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; PTIN required.
• Must possess State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds or be able to obtain them.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax rules.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building local/internet presence and tax‑related content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus; strong advisory capability beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front‑facing retail environment.
• Must reside in the United States.
