Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support, serving in-person customers and building a local client base with the community.

You will be a proactive ambassador, helping clients navigate tax questions, maximize refunds, and plan future taxes while participating in local marketing and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must reside within the United States and be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools, delivering excellent service.
