Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks enthusiastic TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer tax guidance, and leverage TurboTax software to tailor solutions for each client. You will also grow the local client base, engage with the community, and provide a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit marketing support and tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred for tax preparation expertise.
• Must maintain an active PTIN as required by law.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax prep software.
• Strong front-facing customer service skills in a retail tax setting.
• Willingness to engage with the local community and grow client base.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions, planning opportunities, and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using TurboTax products and available resources.
