Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040s with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week in a retail setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds.
• Assist clients using TurboTax software and resources.
• Grow the local client base through community outreach and events.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
