Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building a local client base and community presence.

You’ll work onsite, representing TurboTax in your community, helping clients navigate taxes with clarity and care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active PTIN and ability to obtain state licenses.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and attract new clients.
• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term trust with clients.
• Utilize marketing support and TurboTax tools to grow your local client base.
