Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks enthusiastic, on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will provide full tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building local client relationships and promoting TurboTax services. The role emphasizes community presence, client education, and a proactive approach to growing the customer base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with new prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including deductions optimization and tax planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and genuine interest in clients' financial goals.
• Interact with customers in-person and through Intuit’s video tools, addressing inquiries and helping overcome tax-related challenges.
