Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will combine tax expertise with entrepreneurship and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

In this on-site role, you will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support for in-person customers, while growing TurboTax’s client base and fostering long-term relationships in the local community.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Must be onsite 20+ hours per week (Sunday–Saturday) and flexible with peak periods.
Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and driving client acquisition.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building long-term relationships and guiding clients through tax planning.
