Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will help customers navigate tax needs with tax expertise and community engagement.

As a TurboTax Retail Expert you will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base through outreach and partnerships. This role is non-exempt and onsite.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and growing the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term trusted relationships with clients.
