Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax services at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. This on-site, non-exempt role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission.

As part of a collaborative team, you will deliver tax preparation, advice, and software support, and grow the TurboTax client base within your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, weekends and at least 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with deductions optimization, amendments, and tax planning.
• Grow TurboTax client base and establish long-term relationships in the local community.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person using TurboTax tools and services.
