Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist in-person customers, act as a local ambassador, and help clients navigate tax needs with confidence.

In this role you provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and partner with the community to expand TurboTax adoption. A strong tax background and front-facing communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes; state licenses or bonds may be needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximise deductions and refunds.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
