Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes while contributing to local community growth.

As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will prep simple to complex tax returns, provide tax advice, and assist with software support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays– Saturdays, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice to TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax calculations and software/product support for clients.
• Grow the local client base and build long-term relationships in the community.
