Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and product support to customers in person, while building a local client base and fostering loyalty.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, including Sundays, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador in the local TurboTax market.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex situations.
• Drive local marketing efforts and build long-term client relationships within the community.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
