Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and advice, serving in-person customers and growing the local client base.

This role emphasizes community engagement and delivering an outstanding customer experience while using TurboTax tools. The position requires a valid EA/CPA/attorney license, PTIN, and the ability to work onsite 20 hours per week with

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
