Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will assist customers with full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support, while promoting local community engagement and client growth. The role requires an active EA/CPA/attorney license (PTIN), 3+ years of paid tax filing experience, willingness to work onsite 20+ hours per week, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building long‑term client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and a client-focused approach.
