Job summary

Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers with tax preparation, advisory services, and software support at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You’ll build relationships with local clients, lead outreach efforts, and leverage Intuit resources to provide accurate tax solutions while delivering exceptional customer service in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for the future.
• Utilize government resources, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
• Grow TurboTax client base and foster long-term relationships within the local community.
