Zusammenfassung

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to drive positive financial outcomes.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, guidance, and product support, build relationships, and help grow Intuit's local client base through in-person service and neighborhood outreach.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must have or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community in accordance with Intuit’s policies
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment

Aufgaben

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit’s video tools, addressing inquiries and tax-related challenges.
