Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while acting as a trusted advisor in your community.

Role requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and a focus on cultivating long-term client relationships. A proactive ambassador mindset and the ability to work in a front-facing retail environment are

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must hold PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Be an on-site TurboTax Retail/Flagship location ambassador, engaging with customers and growing the local client base.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences by explaining tax concepts in accessible language and building long-term relationships.
