Qualifications

• Ability to begin and finish the tax interview with accuracy.
• Must be able to handle client information and W-2 data.
• Comfort with basic math and reading tasks in tax context.

Responsibilities

• Assist at the start of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information.
• Assist at the end of the interview by assembling the tax return and obtaining signatures.
• Review the completed return with the client and complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Deliver superior service to all H&R Block clients.
