This role requires basic reading and math skills, clear communication, and comfort with Windows-based programs, with state/local requirements varying by location.

Qualifications

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information.
• Assist with closing the interview by assembling the tax return and obtaining signatures.
• Review the finished product with the client and complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Provide superior service to all H&R Block clients.

Responsibilities

• Assemble tax returns and obtain requisite signatures.
• Review completed tax returns with clients and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate client data in the tax program and complete procedures as needed.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
