Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented teammate to support the tax interview process.

You will enter client and W-2 information into the tax program and help assemble the tax return with client signatures, ensuring accuracy and timely service. You will review the finished product with the client, complete bookkeeping procedures, and perform other duties as assigned, while delivering superior service to all clients.

Qualifications

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information into tax software to begin tax interviews.
• Assemble tax returns, obtain signatures, review the finished product with clients, and complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Provide superior service to all H&R Block clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
