Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a team member to assist with tax interview setup and closing, entering client and W-2 data into the tax program, and assembling tax returns. You will ensure client service is top-notch and perform other duties as assigned to support the franchise office.

Role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and familiarity with Windows-based software in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience using Windows-based computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned
