Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a team member to assist with the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program, ensuring accuracy and a smooth process for every client. You will help close interviews by assembling returns, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with clients, and completing bookkeeping procedures, all while delivering superior service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use tax interview software and Windows programs.
• Strong communication skills with clients.
• Attention to accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information.
• Assist with closing the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
