Job summary

You will ensure every client receives superior service, review the finished product with the client, and perform bookkeeping procedures as needed. Strong communication and basic Windows skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reading and math skills to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return and obtaining signatures.
• Review the finished product with the client and complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all clients are receiving superior service.
