Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Tax Office Support professional to help begin tax interviews by entering client and W-2 information into our tax program and to assist with the closing of interviews by assembling returns and obtaining signatures.

You will ensure all clients receive superior service, review the finished product with clients, and perform bookkeeping procedures as assigned. Strong communication and basic Windows skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service
• All other duties as assigned
