Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented team member to assist at the start of tax interviews by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program, and to support closing the interview with tax return assembly and signatures.

You will ensure clients receive superior service while performing bookkeeping procedures. Junior responsibilities include handling standard tasks, communicating effectively in person and on the phone, and using Windows-based programs; additional state/local

Qualifications

• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Effective communication in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned
