H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a team member to assist with the early tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program, and to help close interviews by assembling tax returns, obtaining signatures, and reviewing results with clients.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic reading and math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone. Prior experience with Windows-based programs is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reading and math skills to complete the interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
