Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and track multiple assignments.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation and reporting activities.
• Coordinate day-to-day client interactions, monitor KPIs, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop team members and manage engagement economics.
• Oversee tax operations, ensure standardized processes, and coordinate training as needed.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation of processes.
• Travel up to 20%.
