Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Tax Operations leader to manage data preparation, reporting, and tax operations for US and global engagements within our Financial Services Organization. You'll direct an operations team, drive efficiencies, and ensure quality deliverables across NRA withholding and related tax reporting engagements.

The role requires 8+ years in operational delivery, strong analytical skills, and CPA/EA/Attorney licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field; CPA/EA/Attorney license preferred.
• 8+ years of operational delivery experience or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax operations team; manage data prep, aggregation, reporting, and submissions.
• Monitor KPIs across work streams and ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Drive process improvements and ensure consistent procedures across tax operations.
• Coach and develop team members; manage engagement risk and budgets.
• Support audits and provide documentation of current processes.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
