Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent business experience.
• Management or tax preparation/accounting study preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic accounting software.
• PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads recruiting efforts and manages the interviewing process of seasonal employees for assigned area.
• Monitors associate performance to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures.
• Reviews and approves work schedules and timecard approvals, monitor time tracker during all shifts.
• Ensures all assigned locations meet company standards including office setup, technology, supplies and facilities.
• Provides employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or escalated disputes.
• Monitors performance and productivity reports to meet office goals including revenue and cash control.
