Baker Tilly seeks a Tax Manager for our NFP team in Massachusetts. You will mentor staff, manage tax compliance and advisory work for small business clients, and collaborate with firm leadership to grow the practice.

Responsibilities include overseeing accounting, reviewing client records, delivering responsive service, and maintaining current knowledge of tax laws to guide clients effectively.

Formación

• 4-year degree is required.
• CPA, EA or Law License required.
• Five years of experience in tax/advisory services or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Be a trusted member of the team providing tax, accounting and advisory services to small business clients.
• Oversee and provide services pertaining to accounting, bookkeeping and prepared or compiled financials.
• Review and analyze accounting records and/or reporting with clients; provide analysis and discuss tax and business matters.
• Deliver best-in-class client service; be responsive, timely, professional and accurate.
• Lead client engagements and evaluate processes to implement efficiencies and internal controls.
