Baker Tilly US is seeking a Tax Manager to deliver tax and business advisory services to nonprofit clients, working with firm leadership and coaching staff. You will oversee tax compliance, accounting, and advisory engagements for NFP clients, developing client relationships and coordinating resources to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree; master's or advanced degree desirable.
• CPA, Law License, or Enrolled Agent designation.
• Five (5) years providing NFP or corporate tax compliance, accounting and advisory services in a professional services firm.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax, accounting and advisory services to NFP clients.
• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and financial statements.
• Review and analyze records with clients and discuss accounting matters.
• Deliver responsive, professional client service at all times.
• Lead and plan client engagements and improve processes.
• Manage staffing, billing, and ensure profitability targets.
