• Two years of supervisory experience mentoring and counseling associates.
• Strong management, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax, accounting and advisory services to NFP clients.
• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and financial statements.
• Review client records and discuss accounting and business matters.
• Lead engagements and improve client services and processes.
• Develop client relationships and resolve issues with teams.
• Ensure staff development and timely project delivery.
