Job summary

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required and active.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in public accounting with at least 2 years in management.
• Strong knowledge of pass-through entity structures and corporate taxation.
• Solid understanding of partnership taxation, especially with equity investments.
